Supported Languages

You can create a bot in any language supported by Facebook. But our Ecommerce module only supports English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish.

Maximum day in Live Chat Pro

Greeting

The greeting message that people see on the welcome screen of your Bot. The welcome screen is displayed for people who interact with your Bot for the first time. This is the message the user will see before clicking the 'Get Start' button.

Ice Breakers

Ice Breakers provide a way for users to start a conversation with a business with a list of frequently asked questions. Your users will see questions related to your business instead of the generic "Get Started" button. We recommend setting Ice Breakers.

Bot Persistent Menu

The menu can be configured to help users to more easily discover and access your Bot features. The menu is always available to users. This menu should contain the top-level actions that users can use it at any time. Having a menu easily communicates the basic capabilities of your bot for beginners and returned users.

Brand color

This color is used in buttons to match your brand in landing page and emails.

Development Mode

Set your bot in development mode if you are building your bot. Your bot will work only for bot admins.

Reconnect Bot

You will always need to click this button if the person who made the connection changes the password of his Facebook account. Also if the Bot isn't responding it is because the FB invalidated the connection for some reason, in which case it needs to reconnect again.

Bot schedule for delete

Your bot will be deleted after 24 hours for security reasons. Click HERE if you want to connect a new Facebook page.
